Box Office

The Box Office is open Monday to Friday, 11:00 am to 5:00 pm, and 2 hours prior to a performance.  Please note that there are no refunds on ticket purchases.

How to order tickets or a Big Ticket Membership:

On the web:
With the use of Visa, Master Card or American Express.

By phone:

In Person:
At 130 Navy Street, Oakville - with the use of cash, major credit card, cheque, gift certificate or debit

Tickets purchased online or by phone can either be mailed to you or held for pick up.  All tickets purchased by phone or on the internet within 10 working days of the performance will be held at the Box Office for pick up.

Gift Certificates
Can be purchased by phone or in person and are available in any denomination.  Gift certificates are valid for one year of date of purchase and may be used as payment for Big Ticket memberships or for tickets to any event at the theatre.

Ticket Exchanges
Ticket Exchanges for another day of the same performance only must be made in person at the box office 48 hours prior to the performance of the original tickets. An exchange fee per ticket is applicable. All exchanges are subject to availability and will not be taken over the telephone. No refunds.

Big Ticket Membership
Is a way of accessing the best seats to great shows, without having to subscribe to the full season.  It allows you to purchase discounted tickets in advance of the general public.  You only need one membership per household and it's valid for a full year! And with other benefits like tax receipts and gift certificates, the membership more than pays for itself. When you buy a Big Ticket Membership ($50/ per year) or Big Ticket Plus Membership ($100 per year) you join the growing number of people attending the Oakville Centre who have great flexibility and choice in what they want to see and when they can come.   Please click here for more detailed information.
